I was using that number as a reference not as an exact number. The amount wasn’t really my point as much as the fact the government would be taxing you on it..
Uxvcvog-sff Your info is not correct it probably cost the company per family of 4 5,000 a year for ins for the plan. There are companies that still cover healthcare 100% and they are not multi billion dollar a year companies. GE is still making billions but not enough!
So how do you plan to make it all equal? Lol where’s the money coming from? Anyone who read the affordable care act would know that The law stated the plan we had was what is considered a Cadillac plan under the new affordable care act and was subject to huge tax increases for instance if the company payed out 100 thousand dollars for the plan for a family of 4 that 100 thousand dollars was added to your gross at the end of the year and you would be taxed on it. Not only that but the company would also have a huge tax bill. I’m curious how you plan to make us all equal.

No. you dont have a chance. Again, im asking what you're not understanding? The committee can negotiate your 'rate' on the local level. As far as pension and retirement, thats on the national table. The pension is froze in 19...what are you not understanding?? Also, the contract has a 'No strike' clause...so again, what dont you understand about that? Good luck in 19!!
