KARK of Fort Smith posted an article yesterday about layoffs at WM HO.

Article stated several hundred to be displaced at the Director and above level starting this week.

Meeting planners were scheduled to go out this week.

Today the article is gone and replaced by an article they published 9/30/15.

Verbiage of the article is totally different although the headline is the same.

Hmmmm?

“what area” = what part of the company, not where is it located.

It’s the bell curve, thanks ML. It’s not limited to BV. So basically all managers are required to rank each associate against all others. Even if the associate is doing what is expected, they may be ranked lower than others. Probably no layoffs, but those that receive lower reviews can look forward to no bonus, pay increase, and stock. And still be required to work extra during the holidays.

It’s the new ranking system, 20% will receive a review of not meeting expectations.
