Sr. Manager, Director and Sr. Director all cut last August. That's a 12, 13 and 14 right there.

There is absolutely no accountability or performance metrics at Grade 12+. Waste millions? Hire friends and family? Consistently deliver poor quality work?
HR should look into the performance evaluation process of those Grade 12+.The inmates are currently running the asylum.
Mostly Grade 12 and above are hard to layoff as they already plan it safe. They can even lick shoes to save themselves.
