Yes all t rates should stay home and violate contract for no work stoppages and then when they’re fired instaead of laid off they loose their call back rights and makes the companies job way easier on who is going out the door lol... thats a brilliant idea... sleeper slate for the win.. LMFAO.

THE HALL let it happen? Are you listening to yourself? The hall doesn’t control General Electric. We dont tell them how to run their business. It says right there within the first five pages that the company runs the place how they see fit. They are laying people off and that’s the halls fault? Even if it were true Maybe its the memberships fault instead....I mean after all we put those people in office... so really who’s fault is it? Maybe if people kept their noses down and just did their f---ing jobs things would be different. But no lets blame the hall for everything the company does.. lets not take any ownership of any bad sh-- nope none of it is our fault nope were perfect little worker bees...(eyeroll)

To telll you the truth I’m a d rate and I’m sick of the hall. But the sleeper slate isn’t the answer all they seem to be doing is threatening d rates.
