That dude got briefed. Since he’s insisting so importantly that something is that is not I’m suspecting he’s a saudi.

Why? Saudis are unique and special. They are so sure of their own importance that they believe if they say something enough times at high enough volume they can force it to become true. LOL

My experience of JHAH has been rather good, very easy to get an appointment (including specialists), excellent care and you get to see a real Doctor. In the US, after filling in reams of paperwork (nearly every visit) more often than not you see a Physician Assistant rather than a Doctor and the protocol for insurance reimbursement spans months. The US can learn from the Canadian healthcare system and JHAH, after all Johns Hopkins is one of the better US Hospital Groups.

I agree it is unlikely that the row with Canada will affect Aramcons. Iqamas are renewed automatically 90 days before expiry. The first Canadian that gets rejected, please post here. Surplus lists were made up long ago. That order is not going to change. The recent posts will soon be deleted by the admin but they are amusing to read.

Saudi Arabia has a "firm and long-standing policy" that petroleum supplies are not influenced by political considerations, Khalid al-Falih said in a statement.

"The current diplomatic crisis between Saudi Arabia and Canada will not, in any way, impact Saudi Aramco's relations with its customers in Canada."

Rather be stupid with dignity than a lying blood s---ing leech like you a--hole! What the hell are you doing on this thread if you are not a Canadian National and not employed by the Company anyhow? You say you worked for this Company..... Perhaps unemployed in your own country... But I still think you are employed right here but can’t put your name because you would be on the first out of here.. so smart!!! Of course.... Be a man as you said it, not a pu--y! Lying Chickenshit!

If you make a JHAH appointment for that speech impediment today they can probably fit you in oh maybe 3-4 months out. Maybe you can even be seen by one of those former canadian med students. Yay! Based on that canadian passport a waiting list should be nothing new right?

Unfortunately as they say in these parts you can't fix stupid.

Stupid = telling someone who does not work there (see "you're the only one here taking their money") nor live there (see "our passports are home where they are suppose to be and we aren't leeching anything") to go to HR and resign. Yes: That IS what any normal person would do once they realize they are working in a place run by controlling psychos unless something is wrong with them.

SO: I'm not there (again - good god already) but you are. You made it clear what you think of me if in fact I did work there. Draw your own conclusions about what I think of you when you do and I don't. Good work. I would have also picked weasel and leech. Now slither along, find a rock to curl up on, and try to fit all of this on 1-2 powerpoint slides for your upcoming presentation on "How to not look so stooooo-pid next time I show off my limp ---- in public". Make sure that it gets reviewed and commented on by at least 10 departments and add the presentation to your PMP achievements.

I’m going to venture a guess that the imbecile that curses in every sentence is in fact a Saudi National?

Regardless of your citizenship, you’re coming off as a clown.

Have a nice Eid.

If u have had a pair of balls, which obviously you don’t, you would put down your f---ing name in this thread NOW and f--- off to HR to resign...but we all know that ain't going to happen😁😁tii then Shut the F--- Up and keep on s---ing...

Yawn. Call and raise. You’re the only one here still taking their money dumba$$.

Where I’m from you stand up like a man for right and wrong and if your loyalty to your own country is for sale, you aren’t worth sht.

Leeches are one thing, but if leeches had leeches then those leech leeches would look exactly like the shivering and sniveling wannabe in that big ole mirror you’re talking to. Slow enough?

If you have some self-respect and not a ‘Leech’ as you say, you should put in your resignation ‘TODAY’ since you don’t like working for this company and the Arabs and go back to wherever the f--- you stem from... Ohhh... but you won’t do that will you ? because you are nothing but a lying sh-- disturbing blood s---ing leech MF! Ain’t that right weasel! You know it and we know it.. go ahead - be a man as you talk, not a pu--y, go ahead resign today and have some self f---ing respect!

Oops kisser you’re not in Kansas toto. We’re the ones who blow in, earn our annual E/E+, blow out. We bulld then we go. Lemme say THIS slowly: we’re with your government. No, zero amount of money can buy our values. Yours is for sale - great. Sell it. This isn’t a canadian site tho so - as I said months ago start one or move on.

Leeches use schools they did not build, use hospitals with people they did not train, use (and waste) food they did not grow, use currency they did not issue or print. Join them or not. Our passports are where they belong: with us in our home country. Do not ever mistake us for leeches. We leave sht behind us that you can’t spell.

Pop off some more SK. S is for stupid. K is for Kanook. Hope that was slow enough? LOL

While you’re s---ing up - advise your new friends that they need to get their people out THEN stop their flights (with planes they didn’t build either). Otherwise - they just look stupid. This is great to watch. Just saying. Dumba$$.

Alright for you this time, I will write it slowly so it won’t sound so f---ing broken to you. I tell you what; since you don’t like Saudi and Saudi Arabs - why don’t you get your passport (wherever the f--- you r from) and get the f--- out of this company and country you f---ing leech? This is coming from a SK boy!

A “canadian” expat posting in broken english supporting saudis? That’s funny.

Dear Canada: Return his old passport to him. It’ll save a fortune for the saudis he loves so much. Four to one that tone changes within 30 days. Any takers? I’m all in.

JHAH post was fn priceless. LOL......

Why should there a pressure on Canadian expats..? What has got to do with anything? I am a Canadian and I don't approve of Trudeau poking his nose into Saudi affairs when we have plenty of problems back home. Arabs are absolutely right. No one of our business. Period! Americans don’t care, especially when the man put behind the bars is a US citizen. Another liberal screw up costing billions of dollars to Canadian economy.. Well done JT!

A saudi twitter blogger posted a provocative pic of a passenger jet aimed at the CN Tower in Toronto. The caption suggest keep your nose out of our affairs or we may retaliate.

No class and a reminder of what Saudis have done in the past.

No more Saudi oil imports. No more Saudi students attending government funded universities and colleges. No more exports of armored vehicles to Saudi- the Shias will be elated. Perhaps MBS will deport the Canadians and bring in more workers from BRIC countries to replace them - more cheap labor.

That's the risk you take working in a muslin monarchy country run by a 35 year old prince flexing his muscles.

In terms of expat payrolls there are US/Canadian and Consolidated (Aka Global), then there are local payrolls such as Casual and Saudi Arab.

Does anyone know how many canadian expats work for aramco?

Its more serious than expelling an ambassador. They suspended flights and are relocating their students as well.

I would expect not! But then in this country anything is possible.

For clarity; carrying a Canadian passport or any other passport for that matter has nothing to the with payroll since there only two payrolls for expats at Aramco, which are : American and Global. There is no Canadian payroll. Used to be years ago.. Your salary is not based on the passport you are holding but your experince and your salary at the time you were earning before hired by Aramco, which you are asked to provide, Company takes these factors into consideration before making an offer whether beating it or at least matching it.

Yes anything could happen but oil still pays the bills. And as a previous poster pointed out, getting rid of Canadians would decimate the expat pool because so many people carry Canadian passports due to the salary structure of the company. The government can always do anything it wants but Aramco would not take any unilateral action. I just don’t see this as a problem for Canadian employees based on past experience.

In the past, politics usually stays away from the company. If things get really bad, the government could stop renewing iqamas which, of course, is a problem but it is more probable that they would just cancel any trade deals. Something similar happened a few years ago with the UK and it didn’t affect the company.
