Thread regarding L3 Technologies layoffs

New Beginnings - Waco/Greenville

Things have made a turn for the better. Stop being a Debbie Downer and look to a better more progressive future. Waco is its own segment.....time to put your money where your mouth is. Greenville has a lot of changes to accept. No more micromanaging the shiznit out of your employees.

Just an engineer: in 2016 thru early2017 it was the norm at L3 Waco to $crew longtime employees out of their severance by firing them for little or trumped up causes! Best of luck to you on getting out as quick as possible.

better double check the severance policy that had been in place with aerospace, new division and new rules. I checked with HR they said its being reviewed with other policies, what does that mean, you guessed it reducing severance policy. Nothing is ever forever, next volunteer offering or job offer I am out of here.. Waco over and out. As my boss reminded me the other day... I am just a engineer and a dime a dozen
