Windstream will win and they'll keep on kicking the can down the road. Then start at chopping up and selling off portions of the company to stay afloat while they try to continue this hailmary pass to transform themselves into the next Google. TT Tigers vs. the Venture Capitalists. Our superhero QB TT can surely pull this all off.
Who are the tigers? I don't know - no one seems to be doing any work in this place except those with an MICP. No one has the ability to have pride in what they're doing now. No trust remains and everyone is demotivated. Remaining workforce is so callous and bitter. Everyone's waiting for the axe or their exit.
WIN can win this case, but will still loose.
