I Work in HR and heard the results of the employee survey were very disappointing to DK.
Seems everyone complained of lack of opportunity at the company, lack of training support, and no possibility of advancement unless you are part of the elite south Florida trash inner circle.
No doubt DK is crushed nobody cared about diversity and inclusion .
Arrogant and greedy ELT clowns have destroyed the future of the company for short term stock gains.
DK cares about two things. Getting Citrix a high great place to work score and a high diversity score. This will give her something to brag about and boost her career. But Citrix won't spend any money on the employees to make it a great place to work and Citrix will hire less qualified people to raise their diversity score. So the experienced people will be doing extra work for nothing. It's a losing game for the employees.
The results of the employee survey were so bad the ELT has decided to destroy the results and issue a new survey. The ELT is hoping if they just ask people again they will provide different responses more to the ELT liking so DH and DK can get additional bonuses for citrix being a happy place to work.

All of those points is exactly why people are leaving. We are tired of the constant b---s---. Work your a-- off and in the end promotions never come , salary adjustments get denied and a sh--ty 2.8% yearly increase while others with significantly less experience but play the political card get promoted fat rasies and stock options in the 50 - 80k range. WTF!!!! This is what happens when you force out the one CEO (MT) that was truly loved by his Citrites. To the board and the ELT eat a bag of d---s and choke on it. This citrite is done working for you.
What is the bet the Citrix ELt will falsify the employee survey results to make themselves look good and get that additional employee happiness bonus promised by EM.
There are no morals left at the ELT level , it they do it with financial results the employee survey is a cake walk to falsify.
There is no opportunity for most when it comes to get promoted to director. In my area over last 4-5 years we hired over six directors and a VP all from outside the company.
It no surprise, DK will be fired soon enough.
