What is the midpoint or base salary range for Grade 11 and Grade 12 in Cisco TAC, Advanced Services or BU ?

In SJC Bay Area
GR 11 base 160-190k + 15% bonus
GR 12 base of 180-210k + 25% bonus
Get the best deal, raises are far and few @ Cisco and once in 3 years avg 3-6%
RSU’s are really for a**lickers and non existent now with high stock value compared to 2012-2014.
I thought Cisco G11 is 15% target bonus ?
The last I heard it was about $500 K with a guaranteed 33% bonus minimum and 20k RSUs each year. If you are getting less than that you should tell your manager you are leaving without notice unless you get that immediately. Stick to your guns and walk out the door, they’ll come crawling back to beg you to reconsider.
It is close to $250K/annum
