Any idea when it is going to be. What I heard is management is planning to shrink the company by 35-40%. Lay off this year and throughout 2019.

All of Qualcomm's layoffs all while the total headcount has been pretty stable. Geo-shifting is real.
Total BS; Blind rumours
Once private they don't have to worry about Wall Street and quarterly guidance etc...
They make it smaller and smaller laying off people every 3 months, then it become private with higher EPS.
