How can a DM continue to cut help but then ask why we are losing sales? Oh because he is another genius that Advance hired that has never run a store in his life but he knows it all.

DM stands for Dumb Mother#@&ker and they prove it day in and day out.
One day we have too many people, the next day short handed. Don't anybody know how to make a schedule any more. DM limits the amount of hours per day / week.
