Got the dreaded 15 minute 1:1 invitation along with 7 of my reports. RSU will only be paid out if you sign the waiver.

what is the package content? xx months of RSU, .. x months of pay.. what is it now? back in 200x, that was like a year of salary.. it is getting smaller every time..
Unvested RSUs don't get paid out.......but RSU vesting typically happens in early September, so you'll get the next vesting round....but any unvested RSUs are toast. That's how it always is.
Big hit in parts of Ops, 15% or more in several departments. Main targets seem to be Gr 12 level and PM/analyst type folks
Are you talking about the September RSUs or a multi-year thing? That must have changed from last round they did NOT offer that one. Kinda smart for Cisco to take care of the great people that earned those in the first place....! One point.
First of all, my sincere condolences.
But they are paying out RSUs now? This is new I think ... in past rounds I thought you lost all your RSUs no matter what. Do they just accelerate the next vesting date or what?
I kind of regret leaving back in January. Oh wait, no I don't.
