Could someone PLEASE tell what the job descriptions are for Cap 1 and Cap 1 fresh and what the pay differential is?? As a Cap 1 Associate in a supercenter, we are getting conflicting direction on what exactly our responsibilities are....Thank you for your input!

Cap 1 fresh associates ,are responsible for the meat dept, print labels, use by dates, put the meat up. We also are responsible for the produces dept, and putting up the bakery items. I do not know what the pay difference is, sorry. We do not work on the Cap 1 team, them work on the grocery side of the store.
You can either go to personnel or print it out on the wire.
