Does anybody have rough idea of max base pay for G11 in GSSO U.K location.
I am not sure how much to ask or expect.

Layoff will be common without any notification as there is no appraisal system. Most BU of Cisco are profitable and to achieve profitability this approach is also used.
I think the nos. Are way off as it's GBP and not USD
Any idea if Cisco Security is doing good business and are there regular layoffs in security BU
Why interested in Cisco as a security person?
Since it is very demanding, you can ask 250K base + Commission + Sign Bonus + Maybe RSU's.
