I have heard from up the chain that all non-union cst&bst will be outsourced to Thailand by the end of the year. & Windstream will not re-new or negotiate any new union contracts as to outsource those positions to Thailand, as well.

I have heard from up the chain that all non-union cst I was also told from another upper level vp that Windstream is almost ready to roll out their beta verison field tech robot. It will increase margins up to 95% on i&r. This robot will replace all humans in the field as to make everything automated. The robot is solely based off of loop care, so it should work pretty well.
I know customer service is going to Jamaica and from what I am hearing so is Accounting or at least parts of it for now. Per TT’s town hall in LR, there will be more outsourcing. Get ready.
What departments will be laid off due to outsourcing? And how many people?
Layoffs have been announced due to outsourcing. Last day for these folks will be between September and November.
No layoffs today. I guess all those "JUST WAIT AND SEE 30%! Confirmed before earnings call!" were wrong. Not that I don't think there are layoffs coming.. but, there are definitely trolls at work here.
Sounds like you needed to throw out the CEO and get a Trump in there.
No layoffs are going to happen today. But you can guarantee after the lousy earnings call there will be ton of layoffs for the rest of the year. I know i need to get my resume updated and start looking. TT, Pres, & VP's have done nothing but lie and sugarcoat number. Only people that believe are the ones that work Little Rock. Their faces are buried up all that a@#. One day they will all get what is coming to them and I for one will be cheering all the way.
If anything is going to happen tomorrow will be the day. We announce earnings in a week and they are going to be abysmal. We are losing more customers than we turn up. Tony talks about our margins being better but overall we have less money coming in the door. What that means overall is less customers = less employees. Citigroup and others on all Wall Street have us at a price target between $1 to $1.40/share depending on who's math you believe.
