I thought we had great earnings this quarter? Why does CA make it sound like we need to wait for even more good quarters before we get compensated?? Idk about the rest of you, but if bonus/RSU is no good this next cycle, I'm out

Why wait? Cost sunk bias. Company has been wrecked. Get out while Qualcomm on resume is a good thing.

I'll have to agree with the make or break statement. I'd like to ride the 5G wave before retiring so this is the only reason for staying.

Engineers are getting ripped off.
They are taking advantage of H1B slaves that can’t easily switch jobs. QCOM would collapse if there was H1B reform.

I made more money at Qualcomm 5 years ago and I've been promoted in the middle. I agree - this is a make or break cycle for me.
