Companies do not change severance policies overnight for no reason....
Severance will also now be paid in a lump sum and benefits will terminate at the end of the notification period.
8 weeks for 11+ years.. it's shameful
I was told it's 8 weeks.
You will only get 12 weeks for 20 years. Basically its a week a year of service, but after 12 years you do not get any more extra weeks for severance.
