30B money planned to buy back stock is due to engineers‘ wisdom and hard working. not due to CEO's vision or perfect management. When qualcomm has no cash, engineers will be target again to get rid of to save quality life of management teams. You are far less important than private jet, yacht, club, etc.. You need to plan your own path as early as possible when you are still young.
