Hey! ID: @UpCiTKV-oox. Besides the machinist and a handful of other positions ,what percentage of the D-rates are skilled trade?.....seems to me ,hands on/life experience went a long way in keeping

the doors open.

Good point in the last reply. If jobs with D-Rate wages are so plentiful, why are the T-Rates remaining at GE just to whine about the pay?

I would like to see a list of all the local employers that have $30+ dollar per hour starting wages for other than skilled trade positions. Something that a T19 with only a high school education and no vocational training would be qualified to do.

who cares honestly. All the T rates say they can make much more elsewhere so why are you even worried?

The layoffs have been coming every Friday since May 4th.

If you're that worried about layoffs, prepare a resume and start applying for jobs. Why is that so difficult to understand?

In the U.S. you are entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. You are not entitled to a job.

They are coming this Friday,if not next Friday. If not then the Friday after that or the following Friday. But definitely on a Friday!

I've been hearing that you have no friends and are looking for attention. Know anything about it?
