The 3rd shift operator on F34 must be part of this "sleeper slate" and just got suspended for 5 days for the "sleeper " part. Just like other babies they take a nap after crying all day.

You should do well with this one. I see many sleepers that would qualify for the task

This is probably the last chance you will have to strike while your union is still relevant. It may already be too late, but there's only one way to find out.

At poster Unt2nWQ-1glj— Well that’s all the Company can get to work in this dump. Some came from fast food stores, some where receptionists. Some came from making $10 an hour. The company did that on purpose! I say strike and see what happens.

Say what you want about the two tier system. The intelligence level in this plant has defiantly declined with the lower pay scale over all. Not saying all of them but damn where did some of these people crawl out of?

I'm a T-Rate and I agree 100% with the two previous replies. It's amusing and entertaining to work with people who are proud of the fact that they have no education beyond high school. Critical thinking must give them a cluster headache.

T Rates and think don’t go in the same sentence this post proves it. Let’s walk when there’s no work and the company is already looking to get rid of people lmao wtf.

That worked in the old days, when Schenectady is the only place GE made their turbines and generators. Now they have non-union manufacturing plants all over the world. If you strike, they will lock you out and say have a nice day. That is what they want. And you wont get unemployment benefits if they do. You need to think before you say stuff like that.
