How does RD do it - gets someone else to clean up global development including cutting the number of VPs in half and then takes it back 18 months later. Is nobody getting into the details of what’s happening?

The new CSCO is a joke. He is a puppet to The CEO and CFO. Has no personal opinion or POV on anything. Hides behind Deloitte and executes on CEO and CFO’ orders to keep his Job. Guy was a Mfg. VP at his previous kob just a year ago. Massively underqualified for the CSCO job.

They brought in a good guy to run development - but then RD saved ‘Good***’ to poison the well in the background. How come the new CEO sees none of this?
It started when the previous chief supply chain officer left. The new one is barely treading water with the CEO asking him to sell the factories. He has no time to lead development.
