I'm pretty sure Digital was created the same way. After 3 years, leadership never created a sustainable business model. They just got really excited when they could run a 26,000 person tech company. I really hope the businesses have better leadership. Maybe we could try to rely on people who deliver instead of people who get shuffled around in leadership programs.
