As a past FP employee I see the same management still there. These people are mainly concerned with saving their own asses, not getting the company back on track. These managers need to be weeded out. Good people are losing their jobs and the people responsible remain fat and happy.

So you're saying they're reaching pre-Mattel ownership levels.
Directors and above are id--ts. Robotic go through the motions but don’t have any innovation, business skills and a total lack of people skills.
Why such a dramatic loss of sales?
