I was one of the ones layed off, so obviously I wasn't in the office to view the town hall. But for those of you that are still employed, did they even address the layoffs today?
Ask if they view moving most of their support back office functions to India a success. Are the projected savings as planned? This was supposed to be on this thread, not the CEO BS speech one. I wish it was asked. A cluster as someone replied and no accountability!
Provide examples of successful “manage by fear” companies. None... So, why are you continue to foster such a managment style.

How were people selected to get laid off? Seems random and not well thought out.
Why are all levels of employees not being vetted for contributions and ideas beyond mix and mix faire?!
To the last poster: I would say they should be thinned out for efficiency and their obvious deficiencies.
