Very important information like that a deal falls apart cannot be informed something like a Facebook post. There is already an earnings call today. Just be patient until then, dial-in there and get what you want! The people in that level don't share information as easy as you think. Any single word in any single wrong time point can cause a lot of share fluctuations etc. Since we didn't achieve those levels, we aren't as patient as they are, we don't keep our mouth shut as good as they can. So STFU and wait 30 minutes more :-)
This management team and company have been a joke for some time. While they will leave with their pockets stuffed with cash, they will be viewed as complete incompetent failures.
Talk about ridiculous and unnecessary...
