Ever wonder how the boneheads who rule the roost manage to stay on in this company? or get massive going away golden parachutes for failing miserably at their jobs? Mgo? JB? BS? CS? The list goes on and on and yet even the lower level of overlords manage to avoid the chopping block even though they do nothing, don't improve the culture nor work to advance their direct reports. Seriously, what has any of them done? ISometimes i wsh this was the french revolution and we could overthrow them all and take the company back.
