It's time for Mr Thomas to step down and take his band of cheerleaders with him. Its obvious what hes been doing for the last few years is not working. Anyone else would of been fired for poor performance. Yet he had gotten raises and bonuses. Maybe with some new blood at the time could help revive some life at the bottom.

Looks like Tony Thomas had a great time hiking in Colorado. Can't wait for these pictures to show up on stream. The base is growing very tired of this guy and what he has done to the value of this company. So many employees lost much of their retirement money by investing in the Windstream. That alone brings much hate from former and current employees. There are rumblings about a major shakeup coming to start 2019 from the top down, which shouldn't come as a surprise. Total restructuring is needed just to get a pulse back.
TT step down? Yeah, that'll happen.
Um.. take a look at the filing with the SEC on TTs wage.. looks like a bonus regardless if performance to me.
In the meetings I have been in we are told that the company executive's compensation is based on hitting benchmarks that we will never hit so their salary looks more than it truly is and that comparatively speaking our top brass is paid less than their counterparts. I hope that makes you feel better.
Yeah, it didn't me either.
A little late for that.. the ship has too many holes in it
I do agree with you, but no financial magician can fix $6 billion of debt. No one can get that done except for the bankruptcy court.
I am not sure how we award someone for a failed performance on base it on future earnings that are NOT going to happen.
With his contract it is too expensive to fire him. Just have to hope the company lasts long enough for his contract to be up and not get renewed. We know he won’t do the noble leadership thing and quit on his own. Why would he when he can keep getting paid to fail?
