Any age discrimination noted during this round of layoffs at Mattel?

Unfortunately it is almost impossible to prove age discrimination, as it is perfectly legal to get rid of people based on salary and age and salary are correlated.
Yes old out = bigger $
Keep younger cheaper but no experience and hertigage.
Cross gender generation.
Reverse age discrimination is also illegal in states where Mattel has operations.
Anybody feels like Mattel is being hurt by a bunch of millennials with no experience and limited knowledge?
