Vacation Policy after Layoff/Resignation

What is the SLB policy on remaining vacation time when employment ends? I had an interview at another company, but most likely will not be able to use it if this works out.

All accrued and unused vacation days will be paid in your last paycheck. But unused sick days and other bonuses are forfeited.

By law any benefit earned is to be paid to the employee. Sick time, bonuses that haven't been paid yet, etc. are NOT earned. Speaking from experience, if you get all the vacation you're owed consider yourself lucky.

No, my last company didn't pay out time when I resigned. Fortunately I was able to use the rest of it before my last day.

Any days owed to you will be paid out. If you owe days they will be deducted from your final salary. Good luck!
