So where did it go they bought out stocks at 42 a share took away tmspp so we can’t advance our retirement plans if any now the biggest company bought us they give the people that work for amazon rsu or stocks but wfm team members get nothing I called amazon hr and they would not respond as wfm team members are not it the amazon system so we are the black sheep of the amazon group great to be owned by the richest man but we get no benefits thanks

If you were counting on TMSPP for your retirement account you were doing it wrong. The 401k is still there and although the match s---s it has some great funds and low costs. If that hadn't already crossed your mind maybe you should quit WFM and go back to school.
Level 5 and above TMs received Amazon RSUs, regardless of their service hours. Previously you would get WFM.options based off of your service hours. You were actually congratulated for hitting service hour milestones. Now under Amazon, they dont care if you have 50k service hours as a TM.
All of the fake TM happiness/TM appreciation was patronizing.
To the op, you ever heard of periods?
I left WFM about 6 months ago after 12 years. When I left I was an ASTL but I had been a team leader of several teams mostly Grocery but also whole body and specialty for a sort time. It’s not the same company anymore and honestly it started changing 2 years before amazon. Mackey stopped caring right after he bought wild oats. At least that’s when he stopped being effective.
