We have been using ECRM for the past 12 months and our office and team members really like changes . I, as the agent have embraced the changes and we are getting lower premiums for customers. This is the best year with auto and fire production. I cannot wait to get to convention as this is my 9 th yr as an agent and 21 with the State Farm .

ECRM "State Farm style" is a joke. Talk to the people who use it everyday. I'm sure there is a lot of potential, but it will take years to get to that point. Right now, it's frustrating as hell.

Once again we over spent and under delivered. This is ECRM “light.” Not even close to what competitors are using. Agents will accept because it is better than paper files and green screens but sad in light of what it could and should be.

For those who spent ten years or more involved with efforts to do what ECRM supposedly does, how much time and energy and money was wasted getting there? Companies cant afford to get it wrong that many times. Thats why all our top brads needs to go.
