We have been using ECRM for the past 12 months and our office and team members really like changes . I, as the agent have embraced the changes and we are getting lower premiums for customers. This is the best year with auto and fire production. I cannot wait to get to convention as this is my 9 th yr as an agent and 21 with the State Farm .
I am so glad to have some positive people as the negative people on this site are like and cancer and pond scum. It is refreshing to have some good news .
Bigger issue is customers don’t want a relationship they want PRICE. Cheaper online.

ECRM "State Farm style" is a joke. Talk to the people who use it everyday. I'm sure there is a lot of potential, but it will take years to get to that point. Right now, it's frustrating as hell.
Once again we over spent and under delivered. This is ECRM “light.” Not even close to what competitors are using. Agents will accept because it is better than paper files and green screens but sad in light of what it could and should be.
With all the money spent on ECRM...SF could have bought the entire Salesforce company by now. Good Grief!
It’s wonderful that a delivery for ECRM is finally in sight. That said, a few years ago we worked with a vendor you offered something so much more sophisticated it would make you cry.
So the relationship is now with... THE COMPUTER! What an id--t. Soon there won't be enough humans at the company to have any kind of relationship with anyone. What a moron. Go ahead, redefine relationship. Redefinition is such a juvenile manipulation technique. You sod. Don't conflate negativity with truth.
For those who spent ten years or more involved with efforts to do what ECRM supposedly does, how much time and energy and money was wasted getting there? Companies cant afford to get it wrong that many times. Thats why all our top brads needs to go.
What the grinning bobble heads don’t realize is that there will be no customers to have preferences or to have relationships with long as the company continues in the direction they’re going. Nothing to market either, folks. Ooh, was that negative?😢
