Confirmed, layoffs will take place Weds 8/18. VP's already have the number's they need to get to and once the layoff happens, teams will be back down to manageable sizes even with the new EM's they have recently hired. I have sat in on these meetings and can assure you, once again layoffs are coming!

No new hires anywhere in enrollment
roller coaster industry. they will hire then layoff. all companies are doing this now. imo faking numbers for images
Probably attrition from voluntary separation and departures, not new positions. I can't imagin hiring new positions given this rapid downward trajectory.
35 new positions posted this week for various locations. 1 new EM has been hired which was an ER who was promoted. Stop the madness & do your jobs.

There will always be layoffs at UOP. That’s how they operate.

I am confused. Our managers in So Cal keep telling us we are hiring 25 new ER’s. Why would they hire and layoff?
New hires never last in the ER position. All new hires the past 5 years have quit.
