The company is doing poorly, employees suffering, NXP deal is a complete embarrassment, and the CEO is very indecisive.

The Board of directors has the authority to fire the CEO, but they are clearly in bed with the exec team
OP..that is a resounding..yess but alas..employees keep suffering because of their incompetence.
Apparently this is exactly what the board wants, nothing has changed for over a year other than GD and finance f-ing everything up.
Fire the executive team!
