For what you pay at UOPX it should have its online format. Should be better than comedy colleges.

UOPX used to be a front runner in new technology. In the last decade some true losers were hired in to oversee the IT department. And this past year company ethics has taken a hard blow, also.

I hate to brake it to you but many of the Ivys and hundreds of campuses around the country and the world are using blackboard. It’s the system through which students submit assignments these days. Not many paper submissions anymore. Most everything is digital. Many high schools are using blackboard now, as well.

Community colleges and many other online programs have utilized Blackboard or Canvas for more than 15 years. UOP is merely catching up and finally joining the online universe of university education. It is about a decade or more too late.
