You would think if a hub was taking over work they would consult the subject experts before handing it off to trainers with no experience, a TM with no experience and new employees. Especially if said work was complicated enough to need years prior experience to even be eligible to work it. So what happens next? For one confused or pissed policyholders, also the insurance commission can fine the farm huge numbers, more than a person's salary, easily multiple times. Then you have to think about the fact if they make too many mistakes it's going to become public knowledge and some journalists is going to pick it up and it's going to end up in the news or all of the people that they have hired at low wages will get sick and tired of being blamed for not being able to do the job of an experienced person after a couple months due to the metrics that rule this company and they will say F this and leave. Or they should. I don't know but you're all thinking it right???? I could go on for days.
Ps being laid off is a blessing
