ROFL! BOSS ETAs are a joke. Even when you call on a job, you don't get a straight answer. The jobs aren't being updated properly either. We have been emphasizing that the ETA is an estimate and the order will most likely run late. Been making 6 or more calls every day to notify people of late orders. Have a high Rx or prism? It may be a month before it's back. I know it's BTS but I have never had so many late orders before in 7+ years in VC. These people were obviously needed because they can't keep up with demand as it is.
Our jobs coming from Crawfordsville are taking 3 to 4 weeks to arrive since all the layoffs. Customers not happy. Our latest QPC says to give them the BOSS ETA but the jobs are taking much longer .
SAM'S CLUB switched to an outside lab so volume has dropped.
