Everyone with any talent is now gone, and will never come back. Houston is a big city with lots of shops that knowt the importance of holding on to talent. Who is going to do this work if we get it? The golf cart jockeys? So lets say we go on a hiring spree right now. Is drilquip going to pay the big bucks to get good employees is here? How much weeding out is that going to take? It will take years to get back the talent that quit.... Good job Blake... Stick to winemaking.
