I send out resumes and applications, save a prepare for the worse at the Schenectady Campus. I go to work at my tempary job hence the T in T Rate. I here the rumors, I see and work at a depressing JOB day in and day out. I see short cuts on methods and quality on the garbage products and parts we make. Management cuts corners to get the products out the door. Write up union officials for fighting for safety and quality issue. The union hall and does not fight for anyone anymore as they are scared for their jobs. Meanwhile management doesn’t realize that once the work is done more unskilled workers will be out of work at this temporary JOB. The T Stands for Temp Rate till your number is called. So much for the career that the union and company preached back in 2011-2013. Now It’s Just A Job!
