Why do we keep losing some of our best employees in layoffs instead of the ones who are actually a burden to the company? Nearly everybody with any proper experience is gone by now!
How does Dril-Quip plan to continue functioning like this? From where I'm standing, this is a recipe for disaster.
Can we please start getting rid of useless employees who are here only because of nepotism and actually try and keep the few left who are good at their jobs?
