SLB criticized for terrible and aggressive abuse of employee rights.

SLB is the worst in the industry for employee rights and wellbeing

Why does anybody want to work there?

Can anyone answer why the people from the townhall meeting on Rankin haven't been on campus for a few weeks? I am sincerely curious? Are they on vacation?

Employees have no rights in Schlumberger

They get a pay cheque and we can do what we like. If they don’t like it then leave

End of post

Your pay is adjusted to your Georgia location. If you have ever seen one of these list comparison you would be appalled. CEO's must sign off on these pay scales before they are approved.

Who care if they lost job, they were incompetent and loosers

They should not have been there at the first place. We could get their bounces and salaries instead of them.

Why Indian should get less ? Why ? We are not human ?

I am in the transformation team and we haven’t delivered any of our objectives but it’s OK because we just made some results up and so far so good

This is how to survive and prosper in SLB. If you are too honest you will fail

The only employee who has made money during this downturn is our CEO

Call it corruption or whatever but it is highly unethical

That last post was written by HR

If you are doing 3 tines the work for less salary you must be a whining mo--n.

SLB is a fricking joke as is the whole company policy towards its employees. Treat us like human beings not slaves

Erm, if things are really that bad and you're working for the worst employer ever, that makes you a total mo--n for not just quitting. Whining about it in some anonymous corner of the internet isn't going to improve your career any. Go get a job you like.

Most of slb employees deserve this, they backstabbed their coworkers to keep their job.

Yes work hard or you will be out, there is no job out there, operators and service companies are still laying off people.

The Indians are restless? This place has too many chiefs. The amount of non-engaged management here is staggering.

Yep why employ 3 guys if you can get 1 to do the same work?

It’s part of our “doing more with less” strategy

You do more work for less money and you get to keep your job

Another great motivational idea from PK our genius CEO

No wonder our motivation is going down the tubes

We are part of the “multi skilling” program as part of the transformation. Now I have to do the job of 3 different product lines for the salary I used to get for 1 product line. The costs saving for this all go to executive management bonus and we the employees are just gettting shafted once again.

In addition they say we must expect to reduce our benefits further to keep our jobs. This is slavery work conditions

You will be used and abused to create value for our shareholders and bonuses for the executive team.

This is the life of a digital commodity and if you don’t like it go work in Walmart
