With Respect to Development: (This does not include other affected areas like Support or Development Support)
Prior to June, the Colorado R&D office consisted of a product line with thirteen engineers and quality engineers combined (twelve US Citizens, one H1B foreign national, eleven 'older workers').
At the end of June, seven US Citizens and one H1B foreign national were laid off. Seven of these resources are considered 'older workers' by the U.S. Department of Labor definition.
Five development resources were selected to remain for under a year in order to transition development to five H1B foreign nationals based out of California.
