They’ll continue until they’re left with nothing. For a Company with “zero debt”, they sure don’t operate like it. BBB refuses to pay salaries that are competitive, therefore they’ll continue to suffer. Only over the past few years, BBB decided that it’s employees aren’t worth investing in and building up and that is what is starting to begin the Company’s demise. They’re treating their people horribly and that’s affecting the level of morale and customer service in the stores.
