Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Yes, HR monitors this website and reaches out to have posts removed

The website can provide Pepsi with your IP address. And remove posts they don't want that have accurate information. The bait you to reply and add posts to get the gossip and rumors that are going on around the office to properly handle internally.

They actually make decisions on just how much people share.

It is another way to control the reputation and decisions.

Watch - a baited response will be posted to engage response.

Don't get upset or even think about anyone who replies how great Pepsi is and how your a miserable ungrateful employee.

The poster of this message is someone from HR.

I am sharing my IP address with 1,000s of Verizon users, how can they share this?

PepsiCo is made up of a bunch of dumb--ses. More specifically Frito Lay's R&D and IT. R&D laid off all of the best talent and left a bunch of arrogant millenials and a few overpaid old timers. The group has killed innovation and lacks intelligent people smart enough to provide strategy and direction. The US Frito R&D VPs and SVPs are arrogant id--ts.

The head of HR Ruth Fattori and her team are a bunch of arrogant individuals who think they are running the business. advice to management would be to clean house and start fresh.

You're maligning the integrity of this website. Presumably without evidence.

They can’t get IP addresses from private websites that easy, they need a court order/subpoena for that. Think that can be issued only for serious violations of law (like threats).

Perhaps HR should pay more attention to employees rather than their frustrations posted online.
