Another Bad RD Hire

Couldn’t have been a worse chief franchise management(what?) hire. She was pushed out at Sanrio and if you check the Glassdoor reviews at Saban it couldn’t be any worse. Company never does the homework of checking real references. You think they would have learned after MGO. Another that will benefit from a severance payout in a year or two when all goes bust. This is insane!

Ynot and Saban are friends. he pawned her off on Ynot. she's a waste of space. you will regret this and ruin the rest of what's left of what she's leading. but hey the c-suite isn't known for their brains.

Some choice endorsements from former colleagues at Saban.

"I have worked at Saban brands for over four years. Saban Brands used to be a wonderful company with vision, heart and talent. It is now a shell of what it used to be. JH has run the entire company into the ground. No one knows or understands why she was made CEO, she is more of a glorified project manager. She has no real vision, strategy or leadership skills so instead she blames everything that goes wrong on her employees so Saban Capital Group will not replace her."

At least she has toy/entertainment experience versus cupcakes and breakfast cereal. Jury is out but seems a much better choice than the Chugger

Good job Ynot! Another high paid exec with no knowledge and a bad track record. Why would you expect different results from her based on her accomplishments?

She couldn’t produce at Saban. She’ll bring all her dumb cohorts over and roll over the place until you decide to fire her again and pay out with the bodies of more layoffs. Mattel this is why you are doomed.
