To answer a previous poster's question - Gurgaon is a city in India so they are referring to offshore teams being impacted.

Yesterday employees were fired from Xerox Gurgaon, apart from the whole process of firing which was not just humiliating and insulting the whole decision was very biased.
Management/ELT saved their favorites by opening IJAP for them just a day before the layoff.
But the best part was that no one from the senior management/ELT got fired who are not just hugely paid but also have no work. Never came across a company with such poor & mean management.
Seriously not even 1 person from management got fired hats off
