Fellow employees leaving before 4th quarter

My B+ store in the Southwest is losing yet another manager. I believe when the dust settles soon, we will have at least 3 or 4 less valuable employees as we approach the 4th quarter. With part-timers a dying breed due to reduced hours, and full-timers leaving for either personal reasons or wishing to get out before things get worse, I expect a relaxed shopping season. 😉

It’s getting like that here in Texas also. Many experienced managers are jumping ship and aren’t being replaced to help with the growing workload. We’re all feeling a pinch right now, especially with the increased freight loads preparing for the 4th quarter sales.
