Once again the best are gone, the worst are left behind. For how long do they think they can do this without visible consequences for the company?

Hahaha. I imagine some would dispute they are not the worst left behind!! Many left behind are still very qualified, but continue to operate in a disfunctional work environment. The really really bright and talented are gone, no question in my mind.

LOL, that line was crossed 5+ years ago, at least in engineering. In many areas we’re past the point of no return.
