Xerox is dying. there are layoffs. the XIM managers are not fit to handle the pressure and making wrong decisions. The competitors are ways ahead in cloud based setups and Xerox is still working t have cloud by 2025. the real turn around is not from junior layoffs. the turn around will be from the replacing XIm managers who are responsible for the wrong tech decisions and still working there
