I know it's still early, but I'm wondering if there is any news on severance? How bad is the change?

Usually in sales, they use performance and give ppl 0 regardless of tenure.

2 weeks for sales, 8 weeks for non-exempt, 12 weeks for exempt, 16 weeks for Executive. Paid in lump sum. No benefits
