Most people in sales being let go have over 20 years with company. Xerox wants to cut the tenure. There is no other explanation. Last guy was #1 performer at over 150 percent of plan and regularly made plan. It doesn’t matter how you perform. Good luck with everything. A lot of people are hiring and there are many companies with better cultures.

It is an awful environment. I was there 19 years. IRIF'd after 13, brought back by contract twice and then finally hired as direct in Jan of 2018 only to be let go again. What a waste! All that on boarding money to be IRIF'd again and get severance and then UI again. Rochester is a tough market with Kodak and Xerox and other's downsizing.
